Portobello
"Beautiful Port"
This City was said to have been named by "Christopher Columbus" back around 1502.  Portobello quickly became the port of entry and exit for all of South America traid routes.  The wealths of South America, came thru this protected waterway to be shipped  back to Europe Commonwealths. As histroy is recorded, like other Cities in Panama, Portobello fell under attack from several different Pirates, such as Sir Frances Drake as well as Sir Henry Morgan.  During the 1700's over 40 to 70 ships would sail from Spain to visit Veracruz Mexico as well as the City of Protobello.  This City is also the home of the "Black Christ.
